In case no one has told you lately, let me remind you: You are a Queen, and your worth is immeasurable, regardless of past mistakes, perceived flaws, or the opinions of others. But for all those other days when you need to be your own cheerleader, here are ten empowering reminders to help you reclaim your throne and recognize the royalty within:

1.) **Your Journey is Unique**
Every woman’s journey is different, and that’s what makes it beautiful. Celebrate the experiences that have shaped you, both good and bad. They’ve provided you with wisdom and strength that no one else can replicate. Embrace your unique path, and remember that it contributes to your royal story.
What has happened to you in your life? What paths have you been or or choices have you made that led you to where you are now? Good or bad, thrilling or disappointing, they are all valuable, and have helped make you the unique, special person that you are.

2. **Mistakes Don’t Define You**
We’ve all made mistakes, but a misstep doesn’t erase your worth. Instead, view them as opportunities for growth and learning. Each mistake teaches you something invaluable. Wear your lessons as badges of honor rather than marks of shame.
What challenges have you struggled with in your life? What have you learned from it? Acknowledging the things that you have overcome (even if it wasn’t pretty or easy) is a quick way to build up your confidence in yourself. You have struggled and felt weak or like a failure at one point in your life, but if you learned anything from (no matter how small) you are already stronger and better off for it.

3. **Perceived Weaknesses Are Uniqueness**
What you may see as weaknesses can be viewed as unique qualities that enhance your character. Whether it’s sensitivity, empathy, or a tendency to overthink, these traits can contribute positively to your relationships and endeavors. Embrace them as part of your royal essence.
What are some individual qualities or personality traits that you have perceived as being flaws, or others have tried to change about you? In what ways could those exact traits be used in a positive, beneficial way for yourself or others? These might be some of your secret super powers.

4. **Self-Love is Empowering**
Take time to nurture yourself. Self-love is not selfish; it’s essential. Engage in activities that lift your spirit, whether it’s spending time with loved ones, hobbies, or quiet time alone. The more you love yourself, the more others will see your glow.
What are some specific activities you can partake in to show yourself some self-love? What do enjoy doing that helps you feel more calm, centered, relaxed, and free? No matter how random it may seem to someone else, it’s important to give yourself permission to enjoy the little things in order to fully take care of yourself and live as your most authentic, empowered self.

5. **Acknowledge Your Achievements**
No matter how small, acknowledge your achievements. Every step forward is a victory. Create a “success list” that includes everything you’ve accomplished. It will serve as a powerful reminder of your capabilities and worth.
What projects have you completed? What are you working toward now that maybe was only an idea in the past? What little things can you start doing today, this week, this year that will get you closer to accomplishing a goal? Those are your achievements, even if they are still a work-in-progress, and even those smallest achievements need to be celebrated like the Queen you are.

6. **Surround Yourself with Positivity**
Evaluate the people in your life and their influence. Surrounding yourself with positive, uplifting individuals can make a huge difference in how you perceive yourself. Seek out friendships that inspire and encourage you to rise.
Who is a positive influence and voice of encouragement in your life? What do they do and say that you could start applying to yourself? You deserve to be loved and celebrated for who you are, so it’s important to surround yourself with the right people and make sure you’re listening to the correct voices. Don’t let anybody’s negative words or influence steal your power.

7. **Silence the Inner Critic**
We can be our own worst critics. Challenge negative thoughts by reframing them. Whenever that inner critic speaks up, respond with kindness and compassion. Remind yourself of all the reasons you are worthy and deserving of love and respect.
In what areas are you particularly hard on yourself? What are you most insecure about or wish you could change about yourself? It’s ok to want to be the best version of yourself, but that’s never really going to come to fruition as long as you’re beating yourself up all the time and being your own worst enemy. There’s enough negative critics in the world, don’t let yourself be one of them. You are too valuable and capable of greatness to accept that. So show yourself some kindness and compassion. You are still worthy and deserving of love and respect, no matter what the negative voice in your head has tried to convince you otherwise.

8. **You Are Enough**
In a world that often demands more, remember: you are enough just as you are. You don’t need to conform to anyone else’s standards or expectations. Embrace your authentic self and wear your crown with pride.

9. **Take Action Towards Your Dreams**
Your dreams matter, and you have the power to pursue them. Start taking actionable steps, no matter how small, towards what you desire. Each step brings you closer to your goals and reinforces your self-worth.
What do you dream of accomplishing with your life? What sets your soul on fire and makes you excited for the future? Start thinking about actionable steps you can take (no matter how small) to help get you closer to accomplishing them.

10. **Rise Again and Again**
Life may knock you down, but what matters is that you rise again. Regain your strength, fix your crown, and step confidently back into your life. Each time you get back up, you reinforce your identity as a Queen.

Remember, dear Queen, that your worth is intrinsic. Connect with your inner strength, cherish your journey, and live unapologetically. You are worth so much more than you’ll ever know, and it’s time to embrace your royal inheritance.
